Spam or unsolicited email
Malware distribution
Phishing
Copyright infringement
Adult or prohibited content where restricted by law
Activities that negatively impact server performance or security
We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these policies without prior notice.
For website development projects:
Project timelines depend on timely client feedback and content delivery.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Ownership of the completed website transfers after full payment unless otherwise stated.
Third-party software licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
ReHostX provides remote technical assistance for Internet Service Providers.
Customers acknowledge that:
Service quality depends on available remote access.
Emergency outages may require additional response time.
Hardware failures and third-party network issues are outside our control.
We are not responsible for losses caused by ISP infrastructure failures beyond our management scope.
Support is provided through available communication channels during our support hours.
Support includes assistance with services purchased from ReHostX.
Support does not include:
Third-party software unrelated to our services
Custom programming beyond agreed work
Training unless specifically included
Customers agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to any system
Distribute malicious software
Abuse network resources
Violate applicable laws

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
While ReHostX may perform routine backups, we do not guarantee backup availability or recovery.
We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software issues, accidental deletion, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, network issues, force majeure events, or third-party failures may affect service availability.
All content, software, branding, logos, graphics, and materials provided by ReHostX remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Customers retain ownership of their own content.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased.
The following items are generally non-refundable:
Domain registrations
Domain renewals
SSL certificates
Third-party licenses
Completed website development work
Custom services already delivered
Hosting refunds, if applicable, will follow the published Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReHostX shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages
Downtime caused by third-party providers
Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the previous 12 months.

Payments remain overdue

Customers may cancel services according to their billing cycle.
